AEDBF Conference on the themes “Reflections and Challenges on Sustainability and the Duty of Care”

After a short introduction of Mr Matthieu Brochier, Mr Julien Martinet presented the obligations arising from the Duty of Care Law, before analysing the first decisions rendered in this regard. Ms. Marie-Anne Besançon (Legal Director for Litigation at TotalEnergies) and Mr. Georges Dirani (Legal Director at BNP PARIBAS) had spoken to present the companies’ point of vew (industry / banking) to illustrate how law is applied.
